Form provider

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry emails for as long as reasonably needed to respond and to maintain business records. You can ask us to update or delete information you have sent us by sending a request through our contact form.

Business-purpose only

This website and our services are intended for business-purpose real estate financing. We do not arrange consumer loans or loans on owner-occupied residential property.
